Job Details

JobTrack jobs keep details of the job. From what staff members are allocated to work on the job, status budgeted hours and dates records have been received and expected completion date. File notes can be viewed and added,disbursments also times worked on the job. Emails in the job folder and also files associated with the job. An email button will open default email program with details filled. Stopwatch is a optional select small window (that will always be ontop if required) that will time how long the job is being worked on. Buttons are available to stop start and pause the stopwatch and when completed the details will be filled into the job record.
